George Faucette, President and owner of Coldwell Banker Faucette Real Estate, and Jerry and Nicky Dou, Owners of Element Realty Group, announced today the merger of their companies at a event at the Embassy Suites in Rogers. The combined companies will continue in business as Coldwell Banker Faucette Real Estate. As a result of the merger, the presence of Coldwell Banker Faucette Real Estate in the Northwest Arkansas real estate market will expand to approximately 195 agents. “We are very pleased to welcome Jerry, Nicky, and the Element Group Associates to our team”, said Faucette. “They conduct their business very competently and very professionally and bring to Coldwell Banker Faucette experience in a specialized niche market. The event included a presentation by Mary Beth Dunn, Executive Business Consultant for Coldwell Banker Corporation, on the Coldwell Banker systems, tools, and network, a presentation by George Faucette on the special resources Coldwell Banker Faucette brings to its agents and clients, and a special video welcome to the Element Group Associates by Jim Gillespie, CEO of Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation. All of the Element Group Associates also received a start-up kit, including business cards, name badges, an orientation manual, the Agent Resource Center Manual, and other resources.
